TMSI Video Extensometer is a non-contact, high-precision real-time measure-ment system based on machine vision and image correlation algorithms.  It uses a high-resolution camera and a specialized lighting system to  capture images of an object before and after deformation. Advanced image processing algorithms are then  applied to analyze the images, enabling high-precision full-field strain measurement.


Through tensile testing of polymer materials,  the deformation of materials under tensile stress is studied. Using DIC (Digital  Image Correlation) full-field strain measurement technology, the tensile mechanical properties of the materials are analyzed. By combining  finite element analysis with experi- mental results, measurements of stress, deformation, and displacement occurring during the tensile testing of special materials are conducted, providing a data basis for the study and testing of material mechanical properties.
