TM-680H Waste Tread Rubber Splitting Machine is mainly used to split compound tread rubber blanks before vulcanizing. With independent-controlled feeding platform, the splitting machine can continuously rolling and feeding to reduce labor intensity and avoid contact between workers and tools. The splitting machine is equiped with several mandatory limit protection switches, rope switch, emergency stop button,sound and light alarm and other safety measurements to guarantee the safety of operators. The two independent discharging devices at the discharge port can avoid the secondary adhesion and mixing of the slit rubber materials. It can cut various kinds of two-sided, two-sided and three-sided film, and the divided film is flat and smooth. The cutting rate can reach more than 90%.
